		<description>I couldn't agree more. With employers focused on short-term reining in of costs and expedient redundancies, investing in skills for the future is far from their minds.

One can only hope that those redundancies have been handled with dignity and fairness. 

Otherwise, when the 'war for talent' strikes up again – as it will surely do, as these things always go in cycles – it will be employers who have courted and nurtured those young people in the meantime who will be attracting the talent they truly deserve.</description>

We have been using this medium a fair bit recently particular twitter, we are slowly building a following. Luckily a have a reasonable personal  following which I have just started to use. Face book is still the one I am yet to figure out…but I am sure we will
